- Every month: ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted, window sills wiped, accessible blinds hand-dusted, scuffs and fingerprints spot-cleaned on walls and doors

Premium

- On-site laundry every turnover

Do you clean Airbnbs and short-term rentals?
Yes. Turnovers are priced per turnover on a rolling agreement with no long-term contract, and 30 days' notice to cancel. Each turnover follows your Airbnb checklist: beds made with your linens, towels staged, kitchen, bathrooms, floors and trash, with photo check-ins after each turnover, where agreed with you. Premium adds on-site laundry, a guest-supply restock and a photo report that notes any damage we see. Elite adds a quarterly deep clean plus the inside of the oven and fridge every month. You supply the linens and guest supplies. We are not responsible for linen condition, count or shortages; we note stains, damage and low supplies in our report. Choose a package on the package page.
How do I request a clean for my home or Airbnb?
Use the package page to choose Standard, Premium or Elite for a home or Airbnb, pick two preferred start days and send it in. We will text or call you within 1 hour (between 6 AM and 11 PM) to confirm your walkthrough and first clean. Requests sent between 11 PM and 6 AM get a reply first thing at 6 AM. No payment is taken on the website.
How do I pay?
For homes, we arrange payment with you at your first visit. For businesses and Airbnb turnovers, we arrange payment with you when we set up your account. We do not take payment or card details on this website.
What if I am not happy with a clean?
Tell us. If something on your checklist or scope is missed, we come back and fix it free within 24 hours, and we log it so it does not happen again. Call 972-809-0439: Christian, our owner, replies within 1 hour (between 6 AM and 11 PM).
