We partner with independent cleaners and cleaning crews across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Every opportunity is a 1099 independent contractor relationship. Most service is in the evening, so it works alongside a day job.

Independent commercial cleaners
Service contracted commercial buildings near you, mostly evenings and part-time. Each building has a written scope that defines what gets done, and you decide how to do the work. You bring your own supplies and equipment and are paid per visit.

Crews work a home zone of contracted buildings located 10 to 15 minutes apart, so your team spends its time cleaning, not driving. Crews bring their own supplies and equipment and are paid per visit, so earnings grow as buildings are added to the zone.

Reliable evening availability, your own transportation, supplies and equipment, and pride in detailed work. Commercial cleaning experience is a plus. You run your own business; we provide the buildings, the written scope and steady scheduled work.
