Every home starts with a free quote and a walkthrough, in person or by video. We build your checklist from what we see, then you choose the service that fits:
- Weekly cleaningFor busy households, kids and pets: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting and surfaces kept up every week.
- Biweekly cleaningEvery two weeks, a steady rhythm that keeps the whole home consistently clean between visits.
- Monthly cleaningA full pass through the home once a month, for smaller homes or households that keep up day to day.
- Deep cleaningA top-to-bottom reset before recurring service starts, or whenever the home needs it: baseboards, detail work and built-up areas.
- Move-in and move-out cleaningEmpty-home cleaning for buyers, sellers, renters and landlords, with inside cabinets and appliances added on request.
- Your checklist, in writingRooms, tasks and special instructions are written down, so every visit covers the same list.

Simple terms, in writing, before your first visit.
- No long-term contractHome cleaning has no long-term contract: pick weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly service, skip or reschedule free with 48 hours' notice, and stop anytime with written notice.
- Late cancellations and lockoutsA late cancellation is one made with less than 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and lockouts are 50% of the visit, and your first one each year is on us.
- First visitYour first visit is priced as a deep clean, and your recurring rate starts on visit 2.
- Card on fileWe keep a card on file for your visits.
- Price locked for 12 monthsYour price is locked for 12 months and reviewed once a year, with 30 days' notice of any change.
- SuppliesOur crews bring all their own professional products and equipment, so you don't need to provide anything; if you prefer your own products or vacuum, just leave them out and let us know before your visit.

Yes. We do deep cleans and move-in/move-out cleans. A deep clean is also a good first visit before recurring service starts, so your home begins from a clean baseline.

What if something is missed?
